Service status

Is everything working?

This page queries our servers the moment you open it. It doesn't tell you what we'd like to be happening: it tells you what's responding.

Checking…

Measuring…

We're querying the server. It takes a second.

What this page measures, and what it doesn't. It checks that the REDORZO platform responds, as seen from your connection. It doesn't measure the availability of your own WordPress site, or of your host — if your translated pages stop displaying while this page is green, the plugin's Diagnostic screen, in your WordPress, will tell you where to look.

What happens if the service goes down

  • Your site stays online, in all its languages. Pages already translated are served from your own server's cache: they don't depend on us to load.
  • What stops is the translation of new content. It resumes on its own once the service is back, without you having to restart anything.
  • An outage is never billed. The price doesn't depend on the volume translated, so catching up after a day of downtime never adds to your invoice.

Incident history

No service incident has been reported on the platform to date. When there is one, it will be written up here with its date, duration and cause — including when the cause is us.
