How is the price calculated?
The plugin measures the size of your site: the characters in your content, in its own language, counted once. That size sets the plan, from Discovery (up to 40,000 characters, €7 excl. VAT per month) to Corporate+ (up to 2,000,000 characters, €79 excl. VAT per month). The price doesn't depend on your traffic. Above 2,000,000 characters, we set a custom price.
How much does an extra language cost?
The first language is included in the plan price. Each extra language costs €3 excl. VAT per month, whatever the plan: on the Growth plan, €11 excl. VAT for one language, €14 excl. VAT for two.
Can I see the result before paying?
Yes. Once the plugin is installed, you see your site's homepage translated into the language of your choice, before any payment. This preview is done once per site.
Is there a free trial?
No. You see your homepage translated before you pay.
What if my site grows?
The plugin suggests the matching plan. Nothing changes without your agreement: up to 1.3 times the size of your plan, nothing is blocked; beyond that, your new sentences wait until you've made your choice.
What happens if a payment is declined?
Your translated pages stay online, but nothing new is translated. If the payment isn't settled, the service stops three days after the end of the paid period.
Where is my content translated?
The text of your pages goes to our translation service, operated by REDORZO, which relies on technical subcontractors; some processing may take place outside the European Union, under the safeguards described in our privacy policy.
I'm coming from the free version, “REDORZO – Multilingual Translation & SEO”. What happens to my translations?
They're carried over as they are and locked: nothing you translated by hand is re-translated. TOP TRANSLATE then offers to deactivate the free version, never to delete it.
How does the launch discount work?
The discount applies once per site, once per account and once per bank card. The following months are at the normal price.
Can I change my plan or languages?
Yes, at any time, from your customer area; the amount is shown before you confirm. A larger plan applies straight away, and you pay the difference for the days left in the month. An added language applies straight away, and is charged for a full month. A smaller plan or a removed language takes effect at the end of the paid month: until then, you keep what you've paid for. Every change is confirmed by email.
What if I stop?

Who can correct translations?
The site's administrators and editors. A corrected sentence is locked: automatic translation never redoes it. Only administrators see the subscription and invoices.
