It depends on the amount of text to translate on your site, measured once. It doesn't move when your traffic rises. No per-word billing, no per-visit billing, no language charged separately.
The plugin measures your site from the inside, for free, in two minutes. The total it shows is the one you'll pay — and you know it before giving any payment details.
A price quoted from afar would be wrong: a reading taken from outside your site gets it wrong, and always upwards.

The price is calculated on the size of your site: the number of text characters your pages actually display — not the number of pages, not the weight of your images. Here's the scale, so you can see where you fit.

What your plan covers each month. Each month, your plan covers the full translation of your site into your languages, plus a margin of about 30% for your changes. If you redo a large part of your site more than once in a month, pages changed beyond that margin stay displayed in their original language until the following month — those already translated stay translated. You're warned as you approach the limit, and you can move up to the next tier at any time.

Because a price shown without measuring would anchor you to a figure your invoice would then contradict. We don't know the size of your site until the plugin has measured it, and an estimate made from outside is off by 45% — always upwards. You get the exact figure for free, before any commitment and before any card.
As long as its size stays within the same tier, the price doesn't change. If it grows significantly, you move up to the next tier — and you're told beforehand, never after. There's no surprise invoice at the end of the month.
Yes, at any time, on the same subscription: never two charges. If you move up, the difference is charged straight away, pro rata for the days remaining. If you move down, it's deducted from your next invoice — provided what you've had translated this month fits within the smaller tier.

No. The TOP TRANSLATE subscription is monthly and can be cancelled at any time. If it stops, TOP TRANSLATE stops working: your site goes back to a single language and its translated pages are no longer served. Your translations stay saved, and come back without re-translating anything if you resubscribe.
Each site has its own fixed plan. Your customer area brings together the billing for all your sites, with a total known in advance — which is what agencies ask for. Write to us describing your portfolio: we'll reply with a figure.

The free edition isn't a cut-down demo: it publishes your free events and takes registrations, with no time limit. The dividing line fits in one sentence: if you take payments, or keep an inventory, it's the Plus edition.

Nothing locks and nothing is deleted. You go back to the Free edition, which stays usable for life. Bookings already taken stay, your customers stay, your inventory stays — only the Plus edition's features stop being available.
Renewed every year, cancel anytime. If you cancel, the service runs until the end of the paid period — never cut off partway through.
Yes, with the Plus edition: your customers pay for their place by card when they book, with Stripe, through your WooCommerce shop. Without WooCommerce, places can still be booked and you take payment on site.
