What it does, and does well
- It backs up your whole site in a single file, and checks every backup.
- It restores your site on this server or with another host, with addresses rewritten.
- With Plus, it backs up every night to your own storage space, and takes you back in one click.
What it doesn't do
- REDORZO keeps none of your backups: they stay on your server, on your computer, or in your own storage space.
- It only opens its own backups, in .topmigration format: it doesn't import those of another plugin, and no other software reads its backups.
- It doesn't work on a network of WordPress sites (multisite): it says so, and does nothing there.

The Free edition carries on, free of charge: back up your whole site, with no size limit, and import a file within your host's upload limit. Your backups stay where they are stored: REDORZO keeps none of them and deletes none of them. Get Plus again with the same account, and the nightly backups can be reopened.

Do I need both plugins?
For Plus, yes: Plus installs alongside the Free edition, which makes the backups, and adds its features to it. The Free edition, on the other hand, works on its own, with no account and without Plus.
Where are my backups kept?
With you: on your server, in a folder with a randomly chosen name; on your computer if you download them; and, with Plus, every night in your own storage space. REDORZO keeps none of them.
Are my backups encrypted?
Yes, file names included. On your server, a backup is locked with your site's key. A backup downloaded with the Free edition opens on any site, for whoever holds it: keep it safe. Nightly backups are locked with two keys, your recovery key and the key of your REDORZO account: you need both to reopen one.
How many sites does one licence cover?
One site, meaning one address, site moves included. Local and staging sites don't count.
Can I try Plus before buying it?
Plus has no trial. The Free edition, on the other hand, is free with no time limit: back up, download and import your site with it, then get Plus when you want its features.
How does renewal work?
Plus renews every year. An email reminds you before it renews, and you cancel online, from your customer area: Plus stays active until the end of the year you've already paid for.
